What is SEAP? The Self Employment Assistance Program enables individuals receiving unemployment benefits to take certain approved entrepreneur training classes, like Idea to Launch, so that you can collect unemployment benefits and spend time planning and starting a business rather than searching for a job.

Can I take ANY class?

Not all entrepreneurship classes are equally awesome. Some classes you find online might sound great, but may not have all the tools you need to become a successful entrepreneur and start an actual income-generating business. Be sure to select a certified program that is offered by an approved training provider, like us.

Which class is right for me?

Idea to Launch On-Demand is your “How to start a business in a box” without the box. Our textbook, Entrepreneurial Edge Small Business Toolkit, includes guides covering all 20 Core Business Principles, the keys to your startup and personal success as a future entrepreneur.

Each of our classes use the Small Business Toolkit. This ensures that you get access to each of the Core Business Principles along with tools and strategies to help you plan and start the business of your dreams.

What makes your SEAP-certified classes Unique?

We teach you from real world experience - and lots of it! Your trainer and coach is a former award-winning US Small Business Administration Business Center Director. This means she trained, coached and mentored over 1,200 entrepreneurs annually. You benefit from other entrepreneurs’ best practices — and the near misses too.
